ABOUT ME Originally from England where I taught sugarcraft and ran a cake business for 15 years, I am now based in the outer eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
I have won numerous awards over the years, including gold and bronze medals at Salon Culinere de Londres and, more recently, gold and best in show at The Royal Melbourne Show.
