Foundation Cake Decorating
Daytime Only
This is an 8 week course which includes:
- use of buttercream and fondant
- royal icing and piping skills
- sugar roses and leaves
- simple modelling
- many other techniques
Foundation Sugar Flowers
Daytime Only
This is a 6 week course in which you will:
- learn the use of correct pastes
- learn how to wire and colour your flowers
- make a variety of flowers including roses, freesias, arum lilies and others and their leaves
- design your own floral display
Classes will be held in Pakenham.
You will need to bring your own equipment and materials. An equipment list will be provided. Some items can be bought from us.
