All cake are coated with either ganache or buttercream then covered in fondant icing.
Gluten free cakes are available.

Crumbs! is famous for it's rich fruit cake which is made to an old English recipe. Please order at least 3 months in advance to allow the cake to mature. Fruit cake is traditionally covered in marzipan and then iced with either fondant or royal icing.
